Asterly is a daily reflective practice anchored in tarot and astrology. Each day, you can draw a tarot card and read your horoscope, a calm 1-3 minute ritual to set your intention. When you want to go deeper, real readers are here to connect with through personalized video readings.
What is Daily Practice?
Daily Practice is your home in Asterly. It's organized into two parts: Meaning for Today (your daily tarot card and horoscope) and Explore (interactive features like Celestial and Cosmic View). The idea is simple: check in once a day for your rituals, then explore whenever you want.
How do I access Asterly quickly?
You can add a home screen widget to see your daily card at a glance. You can also long-press the app icon to jump straight into your daily card or Daily Practice without opening the full app. These quick actions help you build a consistent daily habit.
What if I want to go deeper than the daily practice?
That's what readers are for. Browse the Feed to discover readers through short videos, or explore by specialty. When someone resonates with you, you can follow them, subscribe for exclusive content, or request a personalized video reading. Readers are real practitioners who create responses just for you.
How do video readings work?
Tap 'Book Reading' on any reader's profile. Choose a service, write your question, and submit your request. The reader will create a personalized video response typically within 72 hours. You'll be notified when your reading is ready. If they don't respond in time, you're automatically refunded.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. Your privacy is sacred to us. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data, and we never share your personal information without your consent. Your questions and readings are private between you and your reader.
How do I become a reader on Asterly?
We're accepting applications from qualified spiritual practitioners. Go to Settings and look for 'Become a Reader' to start. We review all applications to ensure our community connects with authentic, skilled readers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely, and your payment information is never stored on our servers.
What is your refund policy?
If a reader doesn't respond within 72 hours, you automatically receive a full refund. If you have other concerns about a reading, contact us at support@asterly.app and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. Active subscriptions will be cancelled.
Technical Issues
App not loading: Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, check your internet connection or try reinstalling the app.
Video won't play: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between WiFi and cellular data. If the issue continues, contact support with details about your device.
Payment failed: Verify your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Try a different payment method if available. Contact your bank if the issue persists.
