How do I request a reading?

Browse readers on the Explore tab, select a reader whose style resonates with you, choose a service, and submit your question. Once payment is complete, the reader will receive your request and respond with a personalized video reading.

How long does it take to receive a reading?

Readers have up to 72 hours to respond to reading requests. Most readers respond within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a notification when your reading is ready.

Can I get a refund?

If a reader doesn't respond within the timeframe or you experience technical issues preventing you from viewing your reading, please contact support. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

How do I become a reader on Asterly?

To become a reader, go to your profile settings and select 'Become a Reader.' You'll need to complete your profile, set up your services, and connect a payment account through Stripe to receive earnings.

How do reader payments work?

Readers receive earnings via Stripe. When a reading is completed, earnings (minus platform fees) are transferred to your connected Stripe account. Payouts are processed according to your Stripe settings.

Is my information private?

Yes, your privacy is important to us. Your questions and readings are only visible to you and your reader. We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do subscriptions work?

You can subscribe to your favorite readers for exclusive content and benefits. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime from your profile settings.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. Active subscriptions will be cancelled.

Technical Issues

App not loading: Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, check your internet connection or try reinstalling the app.

Video won't play: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between WiFi and cellular data. If the issue continues, contact support with details about your device.

Payment failed: Verify your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Try a different payment method if available. Contact your bank if the issue persists.
