Eligibility

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a reading is not delivered
• Readers set their own prices for services
• Platform fees are deducted from reader earnings

Reader Terms

If you register as a reader, you additionally agree to:

• Provide services in good faith and to the best of your abilities
• Respond to reading requests in a timely manner
• Not make claims of guaranteed outcomes or predictions
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Comply with all applicable tax obligations

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or readers
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to circumvent payment through the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
